A loyal dog - Such is a moniker Nikhila has no shame in bearing, for she's never suggested she was anything else. She displays her loyalties like a coat of arms: first, to her liege, an Ala Mhigan of gold who would see a bloodied Ul'dah in the name of business. Second, to her own best interests (as any mercenary would). Third, to the thrill of the game and gamble.And last, though displayed far less proudly, is a loyalty to bloodshed for the mere sake of it. It's a devotion that keeps her up at night with a metallic taste on her tongue, and it's much sweeter than gold could ever be.In the simplest of ways, Nikhila is an awful woman. Decently friendly when in the company of other mercenaries, sure, but prone to being conniving and two-faced if it benefitted her employer. If an order is given, no matter how depraved, inhumane, or treacherous, it will be done.A loyal dog, she is, but one with few friends and many, many enemies.
It's a pity what casual violence and venom is covered by such a pretty mask. Though typically clothed in utilitarian coats and cloaks, Nikhila is not one to shy away from showing off every now and then with form-fitting clothes that hug every pronounced (if a bit plump) curve.She's a picturesque version of her kind. Tall of stature and born to fight, with amber skin that used to meld into forestry but is still well-suited for the deserts of Thanalan. Thick, wavy black hair cascades to her mid back, framing golden eyes and a face marked and marred by tribal tattoos and scars that make any expression seem vicious. Much like her face, the rest of her skin holds similar scarring - Up and down her arms, across her torso, the rest in places best left to the imagination.While the tongue is an adept weapon she holds no qualms with using, Nikhila holds a propensity for blades of any length. She's strong, with aether-given speed, and a more feral fighter than elegantly trained.

⚔ Mercenary - Day to day for Nikhila is quite a drag; 'mercenary work' is not the same as adventuring, pure and simple. Instead, her time is mostly spent guarding and escorting the goods of the rich and powerful (or the rich and powerful themselves, if need be). Her patrons are made up mostly of merchants, though commonfolk are welcome to request her services for a different sort of price.

The remaining Viera were subjugated [ enslaved ], and still curse the name Njka for their suffering.

hey there ! i'm clover, thanks for taking the time to read about nikhila. i've been RPing since the early 2010s (on tumblr) and got my start in MMO RP in the elder scrolls online back in 2018. you can see my other characters and carrd templates (that are free to use !) if you click that OOC link above. i like to tackle mature and adult themes (read: not meaning erp lol) in my rp and especially love examining the way irl themes of trauma and strife translate to fictional settings !my biggest no-no is ic != ooc. i'm not interested in an ooc romance and taking things said/done ic into an ooc problem is pretty icky. a couple more things listed below:
